Tax Manager - Senior Tax Manager - CPA Firm

We are looking for a 7-10 year tax manager with large local/regional or Big 4 public accounting firm experience focused in Corporations, Partnerships and LLC's with both SEC and privately held clients.

• CPA license and able to sign tax returns


• Strong technical experience


• Good communication skills (oral and written)


• Attention to detail


• Ability to lead/train staff


• Complex Tax Provision


• Multi State and some International work

• Manage tax engagements for corporations, partnerships and LLCs with SEC and privately held clients


• Lead and train staff on tax engagements


• Develop and review tax provision processes and documentation


• Coordinate multi-state and international tax work where applicable
