The Role: Test Manager

Job Description:
Test Manager is needed for Telephony Transformation Project. They will be in charge of the end to end testing. Telephony Transformation project is doing a migration from Genesys to AWS Connect, we have client assisting with the Platform testing, however the project is going to need a Test Manager for the End to End testing, which includes other system integration tools such us CRM Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities:
- E2E Test management, complex and strategical important programme implementations with integration tools as AWS Connect and CRM Dynamics 365.
- Progress Test Strategy, aligned to Banks' Test Framework and Test Methodology.
- Create and own Test Plan and contribute to the overall Programme Integrated Plan.
- Analyse and document Test Requirements by liaising with programme leads, multiple stakeholders and distributed functions.
- Create Test Reports and Test Metrics to drive delivery and report status clearly.
- Management of full Test Life Cycle (Planning, Preparation, Specification, Execution, Test Closure and Sign Off) applying a defined Test Framework to a complex programme.
- Advocate Project Financial awareness in Test, contributing to the overall programme cost planning and cost management.
- Work closely with other CRM MS Dynamics Workstream Leads and BOI Business, Operations and Central Test teams, and third parties, to deliver Testing for the CRM MS Dynamics Project
