Data Business Analyst - SQL, Data Migration, Data Quality, Insurance

A leading London Market insurer is seeking an experienced Contract Data Business Analyst to join its Data Office and project delivery teams. This role plays a key part in a major initiative to migrate an existing business lines onto a new platform, including the controlled execution of policy migration in small, quality assured batches.

This is a hands on position focused on analysing, validating, and managing core business data sets while working closely with both data and project stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills;

• Strong background as a Business Analyst or Data Business Analyst
• Proven experience in data analysis
• Prior involvement in migration projects
• London Market insurance experience (essential)
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience working with large or complex data sets
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability
