Our public sector client is looking to recruit an Infrastructure/Operations Support Engineer

6 to 9 month contract - Hybrid working Manchester

Rate - IRO 465pd Inside IR35

Essential skills:

Proven experience working in an Operations Team working on a range of hosting technologies such as Azure and/or Hyper V

Strong experience in Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, SQL server.

Experience in supporting M365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform.

Experience in supporting Windows 10 devices and applications.

Experience of supporting end users in a 3rd line support capacity, working with 3rd parties to troubleshoot.
