SAP ECC A2R Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP BA ECC Accounts to Report (A2R) Consultant to support a major transformation initiative within a global SAP landscape.

This is a fully remote role, open to consultants who are based in Europe and able to work within EMEA time zones.
In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert across the SAP ECC Accounts to Report process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support delivery activities, ensure high-quality outcomes, and help safeguard project timelines.

The role requires someone who can operate autonomously while remaining a strong team player, contributing proactively to discussions and delivery.

The ideal consultant will bring deep hands-on expertise in SAP ECC A2R, combined with a proactive and analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.

You should be comfortable managing your own workload, taking ownership of deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met in a fast-paced project environment.

Strong communication skills are essential, with fluent English required for both written and spoken interaction. You should also have practical experience working in Agile delivery environments, including epics, user stories, and sprints, as well as hands-on experience using JIRA to manage and track work. Experience gained on large-scale global enterprise programmes, within MedTech or other regulated industries, or in complex SAP transformation environments would be considered a strong advantage.
