OT Architecture Consultant (TOGAF)

  • £65,000 to £78,000 per year

The Opportunity:

A multi £bn Engineering Consultancy, is looking to add a Principal/Associate level Architect (TOGAF) to its Operational Technology (OT) practice that supports private and public sector clients in Rail, Aviation, Highway, Power, Oil and Gas. Consultancy tasks will vary from advisory, strategy and bid input (c50%) to architecture and solution design (50%).

Successful candidates will have had exposure to enterprise architecture environments for at least 5 years, but could come from a non-Architect background in infrastructure, software development or business analysis. This is an external client facing role work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and ensure that solutions are aligned with industry best practices and architectural frameworks.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 years experience acting as lead consultant/architect and technical authority, delivering complex technology digitalization projects and programmes
  • Able to develop and document Enterprise, Business and Application domains using established architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholder
  • Able to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
