Cloud Architect

£90,000 + exceptional bonus potential + package

Central London (2 days per week on site)

Fruition IT are recruiting a Cloud Architect with extensive experience working on complex enterprise-scale cloud migrations, ideally within Azure. You will join an insurer who, year after year, are ranked in the top quartile for performance.

In terms of head count, they're small to medium sized and built up of market leaders within the financial and insurance space. They're focussed now on investing in technology and talented tech people that will enable them to continue on their current trajectory and further increase their competitive advantage!

Cloud Architect Responsibilities

As a Cloud Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of their new Azure cloud platform. This is not just a 'lift and shift', but a complex programme which will require careful planning in order to ensure the pieces fit across the application layer and data platform. You will create designs that ensure functionality is carried over, the platform performs efficiently, and cloud-native potential is fully realised.

Cloud Architect Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect
• Extensive experience with Azure Cloud services
• Strong understanding of IaC
• Experienced leading cloud migrations
• Insurance sector experience (desirable, not essential)
