Rates Project Manager (Contract)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £750 - £800 per day + Inside IR35
 

Hi All, I am currently recruiting for a Rates Project Manager to work with a tier 1 investment banking client, the right individual will help deliver FX Risk Change program roll-out, that aims to enhance FX exposure transparency to traders.

Candidates should have:

  • Work closely with Traders, Technology and Project team to deliver a key FX Risk change program objectives for Rates Business in Local Markets
  • Act as a single point of contact on behalf of the trading desk for the project team to raise/resolve issues
  • Responsible for process mapping of how FX Risk is calculated across different regions and products
  • Perform UAT of Tech build based on traders expectation of FX risk, while taking into consideration the bespoke flows/practices in each region on generating FX risk
  • Responsible for the centrally managing the program roll-out for Local Markets across all regions
  • Provide post implementation support - provide training, address Trader's queries and co-ordinate critical fixes
  • Should demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills with ability to collaborate and clearly communicate with senior members of an organization
  • A good understanding of front to back working knowledge of Rates products and how they are priced
  • Fundamental view of how FX exposure is calculated for a product and how it is hedged is a plus
