We are looking for an SC or DV Cleared Business Design Lead who can undertake detailed analysis and develop evidence based solutions to our client's complex challenges.

The Job?
  • Employ quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to spearhead diagnostic and solution-oriented efforts within a diverse project team.
  • Devise solutions utilizing suitable methodologies for developing operating models.
  • Recognize and handle design interdependencies with ongoing or planned change endeavors and overarching strategic goals.
  • Lead engagement with senior stakeholders, translating intricate organizational issues and solutions into clear, persuasive narratives that garner widespread business agreement.

Requirements?
  • Proficient in detailed analysis for defining and solving organizational issues.
  • Skilled in simplifying complex problems into compelling narratives for broad consensus.
  • Capable of integrating wider strategic and socio-economic impacts into tactical business solutions.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management, multidisciplinary collaboration, and implementing formal change methodologies.
