IT Business Analyst (Permanent)

Location: Leatherhead, Surrey Country: UK Rate: £60k - £71k per annum
 

IT Business Analyst

I am looking for a seasoned IT & Software Business Analyst with a track record of successfully completing complex projects from end to end. You will be reporting directly to the IT Programme Manager with our primary mission to tackle business challenges head-on.

Your BA toolkit should be packed with a deep understanding of business analysis techniques and project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall for SaaS platform selection and implementation.

Key Skills

  • Minimum 5 years BA experience
  • Have worked on central corporate function software integrations (HR, Fininacence, Procurement etc)
  • Musty be used to working in a waterfall environment
  • Have completed projects on an end to end basis
  • Strategically planning and managing analysis tasks throughout projects, utilising top-tier analysis tools to elicit, document, analyse, and validate both functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Have worked on central corporate function software integrations (HR, Fininacence, Procurement etc)
  • Maintaining meticulous oversight of requirements throughout their entire life cycle, ensuring seamless traceability at every stage.
  • Strong stakeholder management including working with difficult non IT stakeholders

Desirable

  • Have managed UAT test projects as part of your E2E remit. Taking charge of developing and executing the test strategy, including crafting cases, tracking defects, and delivering insightful reports.
