Support Engineer (Permanent)

Location: Chelsea Country: UK Rate: £30k - 40k per annum

Overview:
A global broking organisation (supporting over 250 users in 14 countries) are currently looking for an experience Support Engineer. You will be joining its progressive IT team; working with experienced technical professionals, this role will involve hands on technical exposure and interacting with users across the service desk function and support functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Ownership, monitoring, tracking, and communication about incidents assign to the relevant IT Support Team
  • Resolving IT support incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timeframes
  • Recording, ownership, monitoring, tracking, and communication about incidents
  • Investigating and diagnosing incidents escalated from the Service Desk/IT Support
  • Escalating incidents to IT Management/External Vendors
  • Providing desktop hardware and software support
  • Updating Service Desk systems in accordance with internal procedures
Skills & Experience:
  • Solid experience working as a Support Engineer
  • Good experience working with Office365 & Azure AD
  • Experience working with Intune
