Product Enablement Trainer (Contract)
Location: London Country: UK Rate: Excellent Day Rates
We are looking for a Product Enablement Trainer to work an initial 6-month contract.
Location: mainly Remote working - with travel to regional office when required.
About the role: You will be responsible for the design and delivery of key sales enablement activities, identified to support the development of our client's sales teams.
Essential Skills:
The ideal candidates will have a proven background delivering Sales Enablement Training campaigns, with the following skills/experience:
- Extensive experience of delivering multichannel/cross divisional learning projects.
- In-depth knowledge in Adult Learning Theory to solution design (applying Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Training evaluation, Kolb's Learning Cycle, Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning).
- Strong Consultancy/Commercial experience with a track record of delivering learning projects.
- Experience of user-led experience design.
- Strong collaboration skills, particularly when working with remote/off-site teams, stakeholders.
- Training Certification (CTP/CIPD/TAP).
