Business Analyst - Telephony/IT (Contract)
Location: Bolton Country: UK Rate: £300 - £350 per day + Inside IR35
 

Renowned Retailer are looking for Business Analyst for an initial 4 month contract to work on a variety of different projects including the roll out of a new telephony system and other IT focused projects. You will report to the BA Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work on Telephony/IT Projects for a growing business in the retail space.

Please note this is inside IR35 and requires being onsite 2 days a week in Bolton.

THE ROLE

The Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering:

  • Working as a BA on the telephony migration project to a new cloud based platform.
  • Doing the gap analysis to understand current business processes and what needs to be implemented
  • Working with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements on the telephony/IT projects
  • Navigate the third party supplier for the telephony system implementation
  • Work closely with the call centres and infrastructure teams to deliver the telephony/IT projects

YOU

The ideal Business Analyst will have prior experience of:

  • Working in a Business Analyst position in a fast moving retail business
  • Working on a telephony migration project
  • Have strong stakeholder management experience from leadership positions down
  • Be autonomous and assertive in their working style
  • Have experience of gathering requirements, running a gap analysis and collecting artefacts for IT/Telephony projects.
