We are looking for In Service Engineer for our client's project based at Andover, UK - 2 days per week Onsite

Security Clearance: SC Clearance is must have

Job Description:

  • Work with Field Army and Army HQ to develop the templates required for each Event conducted by the Field Army.
  • Develop the Activity and Resource Planning (A&RP) Evolve Automation process that clearly articulates roles and responsibilities across the Enterprise.
  • Expand the process to cover all LAND Vehicles covered by the current Activity and Resource Planning process.
  • Review the current processes and identify opportunities to improve the processes across the Support Enterprise.
  • Review the ECOSYSTEM being developed by Field Army IX Programme.

An understanding of the following is essential:

  • How the Army and DE&S are constructed and function
  • The existing A&RP Evolve methodology.
  • How the Army trains
  • Current Systems including JAMES, CHURCHILL and the EASM(H) tool.

Essential:

  • Engineering qualification (IEng or equivalent)/Engineering background/Military background
  • Engage with all stakeholders, especially the Field Army and Army HQ, to ensure their buy-in to the process and ensure that the new programmes being delivered (CR3, AJAX, BOXER, ARCHER) con-sider the A&RP Evolve process requirements.
