Salary: £37,000 - £45,000
Location: London and Maidenhead, at least 3 days per week in either office

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Specialist to Join Resource Solutions as a Workforce Consultant. As an Employed Workforce Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Resource Solutions and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations.
This role offers the opportunity to be a key point of contact for line managers on all safety, health and environmental matters, lead or support with any internal incident investigations as necessary, and manage key internal and external audits. The successful candidate will also hold the legal appointments of Radiation Protection Supervisor and Responsible Person for Legionella in the UK.

What you'll do:
As a Safety, Health and Environmental Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the wellbeing of staff across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing operational elements of SHE, being a key point of contact for line managers on all safety, health and environmental matters, leading or supporting with any internal incident investigations as necessary, conducting relevant risk assessments across the business, managing key internal and external audits, managing our key contracts across SHE, conducting best practice identification and broad scanning activities including legislative developments.

. Overseeing operational elements of SHE across two corporate offices, three labs, 34 retail stores globally, and an operation in Sierra Leone
. Being a key point of contact for line managers on all safety, health and environmental matters
. Leading or supporting with any internal incident investigations as necessary
. Conducting relevant risk assessments across the business, including individual maternity and DSE risk assessments
. Holding the legal appointments of Radiation Protection Supervisor and Responsible Person for Legionella in the UK
. Managing key internal and external audits
. Managing our key contracts across SHE
. Conducting best practice identification and broad scanning activities including legislative developments

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Safety, Health and Environmental Specialist role will bring a wealth of experience in similar roles. You must hold SHE qualifications along with a NEBOSH qualification. Strong risk management skills are essential for this role. You should be able to travel to our Maidenhead/London offices when required.
