2nd/3rd Line Engineer
Rate: Up to £400 per day
Job Type: Outside IR35 Initial 6-month contract
Hybrid Model: 2-3 days a week onsite
Office Location: Redhill, Surrey
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 2nd and 3rd line support to the technology teams
- Acting as a point of escalation to the service desk
- Dealing with a mixture of project and support work
- Supporting and configuring relevant technologies
Essential Technology/Skills:
- Up to 3rd line support experience
- Strong skills with VMware products
- Dealing with Hyper-V
- O365 and Active Directory administration and configuration
- Knowledge of Azure Fundamentals
- Experience with Netapp would be desirable
