Procurement Specialist (Permanent)

The company's core focus is on providing products and services for onshore and offshore oilfield operations across the entire life cycle of a well. As a Sourcing/Procurement Specialist you will be responsible to manage direct procurement activities, ensuring the timely supply of equipment and payment to suppliers.

Title: Sourcing/Procurement Specialist
Location: Aberdeen
Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:

  • Create RFQs, place and follow up on POs for assigned commodities.
  • Manage supplier relationships for PO execution.
  • Ensure on-time delivery by managing problems and schedule changes.
  • Update ERP (Oracle Pascal) for accurate planning
  • Develop new solutions, balancing tactical execution with strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with high-level individuals within the business.
  • Work with Commodity Buyers on technical and commercial developments
  • Participate in supplier performance reviews.
  • Contribute to projects as a team member or lead small projects.
