IT Support Specialist (Contract)
Location: London, Greater London Country: UK
Accountabilities:
Responsible for 1st line support for the IT infrastructure and end-user, including but not limited to
- New Starter IT setup and training
- Active Directory
- Basic networking
- Windows Servers
- Basic Microsoft 365 administrator
- Administration and documentation
Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with business users, MSP and monitoring of IT systems performance.
Be prompt and meticulous in reporting, investigating, and updating daily incidents.
Assist in project implementation.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ensuring speedy resolution of incidents assigned to the team and proactively improving the applications environment, processes, and communication across the business.
Liaise with third-party vendors for information requests and issues that cannot be resolved in-house.
Job Requirements:
Ideal Experience/Background:
Experience in supporting IT infrastructure and end users.
Microsoft365, Active Directory
Good all-round technical and analytical skills.
Experience working in a highly regulated environment with strict policies and controls related to IT support function methodologies.
Manual Handling.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
