SENIOR MARKETING 3D ARTIST - 12 MONTHS - REMOTE (INSIDE)

My client a prestigious gaming organisation working on first-class AAA games, is looking for a Senior Marketing 3D Artist to support their in-house Brand and Licensing team.

The role would suit a seasoned 3D artist with strong UE4 and UE5 skills keen to play a crucial part in delivering high-profile gaming projects. The successful candidate will work to produce high-quality artwork to promote and build the clients franchises through a variety of channels and interrelated projects on a global platform.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Work with an impassioned creative team to deliver consumer-facing marketing and promotional imagery on a global scale.
• Collaborate with the Art Director and senior team members on short- and long-term creative goals.
• Provide guidance to Marketing 3D Artists in order meet visual targets.
• Maintain our AAA quality bar.
• Adhere to internal and external schedules with technical specifications.
• Manage stakeholder input.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Unreal Engine (UE4) knowledge is essential - portfolio must demonstrate this.
• Knowledge of UE4 Blueprint system.
• Strong character posing and scene composition skills are essential.
• Proficiency in 3D software, eg Maya, Max.
• Experience of using Photoshop.
• A strong artistic eye for detail, colour, value, tone, silhouette and lighting.
• Self-motivation, excellent communication skills and a positive team-player attitude.

DESIRABLE CHARACTERISTICS

• Flexible and adaptive - can work well to a pre-established style.
• Autonomous - will take a brief and run with it.
• Responds well to constructive criticism.
