Senior Electronics Hardware Designer

*Candidates must currently hold an active SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain*

Our client is currently hiring a Senior Electronics Hardware Designer for their Wireless Products team. This team works closely with customers to create innovative technology for critical missions. They specialise in designing, building, and providing support for high-performance electronic systems, with a primary focus on software-defined radios. This includes everything from physical design and construction to the applications that run on them. They also conduct research and modelling in areas such as electromagnetics, optics, and radio systems.

Currently, the team is developing a series of new and advanced products and they require skilled individuals with the following expertise:
- Proficient knowledge and experience in high-speed digital circuit design using components such as Xilinx SoC devices, FPGAs, DDR memory, 10/40/100GigE network devices, and radio transceivers.
- Ability to architect and design PCB schematics thoroughly with the above-mentioned components.
- Optional expertise in PCB layout and design set-to-work
