You'll be taking ownership of the top 10 services, assessing the impact they have to the business and which are most important.


Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the budget and allocate funding to areas of the service based on your decision with what needs to be prioritised.
• Operate at scale and provide the connection betwen multidisciplinary business areas and stakeholders.
• Ensure the necessary business processes are followed.
• Own governance of the services you are accountable for, including acting as a point of escalation for the delivery teams.
• Communicate with customers, the benefits and performance of your service.
• Be responsible for the successful operation and continuous improvement of the services you own.
