London/hybrid (in the office once a month)
Rate: Up to £600 per day INSIDE IR35
Start date: June
Type: Initial 3-month contract - Likely to extend.

Company Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity now available for an experienced Angular Front End Developer with one of our sector-leading data analytics clients in London City!

They are currently looking for a skilled Angular Developer to join their team for an initial three-month contract. It is a greenfield project, where the incoming candidate will take ownership for the Front End Angular Development.

The candidate will build a B2B web UI that banks & insurers will use to track the movement of cargo & commodities across the globe Real Time.

The ideal candidate will/can:

• Bring new ideas to the project.
• Build the Web UI in Angular & packaging it.
• Have knowledge of how to deploy it to Azure, using Docker & Kubernetes.
• Know how to integrate it into a Web API.
• Know how to maintain it.
• Know how to make the App secure and look at authentication for logins.

Required Skills/Experience

• Recent commercial Angular and TypeScript experience
• Cloud experience (ideally Azure) - deploying with Docker and Kubernetes
• SQL
• Build, package, deploy and maintain WebUI
• Take ownership of the Front End side of the project
• Agile/Waterfall/Scrum
• Great communication skills
