Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist, Barcelona, Spain

Our client - global healthcare company is looking for Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist.

Your role encompasses guiding the implementation and optimisation of Informatica MDM solutions, specifically C360 and P360. You'll actively configure and develop business solutions using Informatica MDM technologies, collaborating closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams to address master data management requirements and challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy MDM Applications, Data Sets, and scripts, while also conducting detailed analytics.
• Implement comprehensive Master Data Management solutions, covering aspects such as data cleansing, ingestion pipelines, workflow processes, de-duplication, and standardization.
• Participate actively in business requirement reviews, data modelling, loading, and extraction activities.
• Conduct data quality analysis on complex datasets, collaborating directly with business stakeholders to lead design and development efforts.
• Implement data governance policies, develop data models, and design ETL flows for MDM Solutions.
• Support ongoing MDM Solutions, offering expertise in data governance, implementing row-level securities, and configuring gateways.
• Conduct Data Quality Analysis across heterogeneous source systems, including functions like data profiling, mastering, and MDM hub configurations.
• Develop and implement dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with Information Architects to enhance Information Architecture policies across the organization and develop best practices for MDM solutions.

Skills:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in MDM project, preferably with Informatica MDM Customer 360, MDM Product 360, or Multidomain MDM.
• Technical expertise in Informatica SaaS MDM/Informatica Multi-domain MDM and IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions, data models, and hierarchies, with at least 2 full life cycle experiences in MDM/DG projects.
• Familiarity with Data consolidation/ETL, Data Quality, Data Enrichment (D&B), Data Security, Data Governance.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in enterprise MDM, governance, and solution integration is desirable, along with certifications in Microsoft PowerBI and other relevant tools.
